The basics

What NeuroPage is, and who it is for.

NeuroPage researches every lead you are about to contact, works out how that person makes decisions, and builds them their own landing page and message before your sequence sends. It sits between your lead source and your sending tool, and changes what the lead receives rather than how you send it.

Three kinds of team: outbound and SDR teams who live on cold email and LinkedIn, agencies running that motion for clients, and B2B teams who pay for clicks and want the page afterwards to be worth the money. If you send fewer than a few hundred outbound touches a month, the maths probably does not work yet.

A merge tag swaps a name into a sentence everybody else is also sending. We change what the page actually says and the order it says it in, based on real research about that company and that person. If two of your prospects opened their pages side by side, they would not look like the same page with two names on it.

No. The writing is the last step. What makes the output different is the research underneath it and the rule that nothing unverified reaches a page. An AI writer with no facts produces the same generic opener everyone else is sending, which is exactly the problem.

No. We are not a lead database and we never will be. You bring the list, from wherever you already source it, and we make what those leads receive personal. A good list is a precondition, not something we can fix.

Getting started

Setup, timing, and what we need from you.

Most teams are live the same day, and we guarantee within one. Connecting a tool is one API key or one OAuth click, brand extraction is a pasted URL, and the only technical step is a single DNS record. The realistic wait is DNS propagation rather than anything we do.

A lead list or one outbound tool to connect, your website URL so we can pull your brand, and access to add one CNAME record. That is the whole list. You do not need a cleaned list, a new domain, design resource or a content team.

No. The only technical step is a guided DNS change, and we will do it with you on a call if you would rather not touch it yourself. There is nothing to install on your website, no script to add and no release to schedule.

One CNAME on a subdomain you choose, usually something like go.yourcompany.com, pointed at our page host. Your root domain, your MX records and everything to do with email are untouched. We issue and renew the TLS certificate for that subdomain.

The template decides which blocks a page may use, the order they can appear in, and the rules that never change: tone, language, banned terms and any claim that has to stay word for word. Change a rule and the next batch follows it, so you correct the template rather than editing pages one at a time.

Yes, and you should. We never send anything on your behalf, so generating a batch is a read-only step. Run your first 25 leads, open the pages, and only then put the links in a sequence.

Research and data

Where the facts come from, and what happens when they are missing.

Public sources only: the company website, news coverage, public profiles and posts, and job listings. You choose which of those we use and can switch any one off per campaign. We do not buy scraped private data and nothing sits behind a login.

We leave it out and build around what we do know. One confidently wrong detail about a prospect’s own company costs you the reply, so the model is never allowed to fill a gap with a guess. A page with three true facts beats one with five where a single one is wrong.

Seconds per lead, and it runs across the whole list at once. A rep doing this properly needs twenty to forty minutes per prospect, which is exactly why it normally stops after the first ten accounts.

Enrichment hands you a filled-in spreadsheet and stops there. We read the person and the company, keep only what fits your offer, and turn it into the page and the message they receive. If you already run Clay or Apollo, keep them and bring the output in.

No. Missing titles, company sizes and industries get filled in before anything else runs. Anything still unknown after that is marked unknown rather than invented, and the page is built around what is left.

It is the same homework a good rep does before a call, done for everyone on the list instead of the top ten. Everything comes from sources the company published themselves, and your prospect never sees a profile, a score or anything about how the page was built.

Personalization and pages

What changes per person, and how the pages hold up.

The structure changes per person, not just the words, so two prospects with the same offer get a different section order, different proof and a different opening. Every page carries your colours, fonts and logo. Generate 25 free and judge them side by side.

About twenty seconds per page, and the whole list runs in parallel rather than one after another. In practice the pages are waiting before you have finished setting up the sequence.

They sit on your domain and are hosted by us, so there is nothing for your dev team to build or maintain and nothing gets added to your CMS. From the prospect’s point of view it is your website.

Yes, every page is responsive by default. This matters more for outbound than for most traffic, because a large share of outbound links get opened on a phone between meetings.

The base is the Big Five, the most validated personality model in psychology. DISC sits on top as a practical shorthand for communication style, and we treat it as a heuristic rather than a diagnosis. It changes tone, section order and which proof leads. Nothing else.

No. There are no labels, no scores and nothing about personality anywhere on the page. What they see is a page that happens to say things in the order they prefer to read them.

The downside is small by design. Even on a wrong read the page still carries your offer, your brand and true facts about their company, so what changes is a slightly different tone and section order. You can also turn the profiling off and run on role and company context only.

It stays live at its own URL, so a prospect can come back to it or forward it to a colleague. You see all of that, including the second visit.

Messaging

The email or LinkedIn message that carries the link.

No, and this is deliberate. We write the message and hand it back to your outbound tool, and your reps send from exactly where they always have. Your sending domain, your warmed inboxes and your reputation are never touched by us.

Yes. Use our framework or paste in the prompt you already trust, including your own structure, length and tone rules. Either way the facts come from the research on that lead rather than from the model.

It is a verified fact about their company rather than a compliment. "You are hiring four engineers this quarter" instead of "loved your recent post". Buyers read past the second kind in about half a second, because every vendor in their inbox opens the same way.

Yes. The message is written for the channel it is sent on rather than copied between them, so the LinkedIn version is shorter and does not try to carry the whole pitch. It only has to earn the click.

Yes. We track which openers and angles get replies and feed that back into the framework, so the messages get sharper the more you send.

Integrations and your stack

Where we sit, and what we do not replace.

Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Apollo, Lemlist, Amplemarket, Snov.io and Zapier, plus CSV upload. If your tool is not on the list, the Zapier path or a CSV covers it, and we will build the direct connector if it comes up more than once.

Neither, and we do not want to. You keep sourcing leads where you source them and sending where you send today. We sit in the middle, which is why this can be switched on and off without unpicking anything else.

Your outbound tool syncs it over automatically the moment it enters a sequence, so there is no export step. If you would rather not connect anything yet, upload a CSV for the first batch.

Automatically, as a custom variable on the lead in the same sequence your rep already opens. Nobody copies a link by hand and there is no spreadsheet in the middle.

Reading leads and writing a custom variable back onto them. That is the whole permission surface: we do not need mailbox access, we do not need send permission, and we never touch your sending domain.

No, and they never log in. The finished message and the personalized link are waiting in the sequence they already open every morning.

Deliverability and sending

The part nobody is willing to gamble with.

We do not send your email and we do not touch your sending domain, so your warmup, authentication and reputation stay exactly as they are. Links point at your own domain rather than a shortener, which mailbox providers treat better than the link most cold emails carry.

No. The pages sit on a separate subdomain via one CNAME. Your root domain, your MX records and your SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup are untouched.

It helps. Mailbox providers now detect templated outreach at scale, so a hundred near-identical emails is a worse signal than a hundred genuinely different ones. Different copy per lead is a deliverability argument as much as a conversion one.

No. That is your sending tool’s job and we deliberately stay out of it. We never send on your behalf at any point.

Analytics and notifications

What you can see, and what you can prove.

Everything after the click. Who opened their page, how long they stayed, how far they scrolled, what they clicked and whether they came back. Per person, not a campaign average.

Because the page sits on your own domain, engagement is measured first-party rather than with a third-party cookie. We record activity for the one lead that page belongs to, nothing follows that visitor anywhere else on the internet, and there is no script on your main website.

You start our Telegram bot once and choose your thresholds. When a lead crosses one, the bot messages you with who it was, which page they opened and what they looked at, while they are still on it. Email works the same way if Telegram is not something your team uses.

No, because you choose what counts: two minutes on the page, a click on pricing, a second visit, or nothing at all. Most teams start strict and loosen it once they see which signal produces conversations.

Split the list. Send half your leads to personalized pages and half to your normal page in the same week, on the same sequence, then export the comparison. It is your number on your own leads rather than a case study from someone else’s market.

Yes. Export the per-lead engagement and the cohort comparison whenever somebody asks whether it worked, so the number can live in your own reporting.

Pricing and plans

What it costs and what happens to unused credits.

Starter is €99 a month for about 1,670 pages a month, with one brand profile and one custom domain. Growth is €179 a month for about 2,670 pages, with multiple brands and domains, persona performance reports and a direct line to the founder. Above 2,670 pages a month it is a conversation.

They roll over. Your credits never expire and never reset, so a slow month is not money burned.

Yes, seven days. Inside that week we research your first 25 leads and generate their pages in your own branding, so you read the real output on your own list before deciding anything.

Run NeuroPage for two months. If your tracked pages book zero meetings, the next two months of credits are on us.

For agencies

Running this across client accounts.

No, and that is usually the point. The pages live on a domain you control, so there is no web team to book, no CMS access to request and no waiting on a client developer.

Your client’s. We pull the colours, fonts and logo from their website, so from the prospect’s point of view it is the client’s page rather than an agency template.

That is the normal setup. Each client gets their own brand, their own domain and their own reporting. [VERIFY: exact workspace and white-label limits to be confirmed before launch.]

You keep the domain and the setup, and the pages for that account stop generating. Nothing about the arrangement makes it awkward to hand back.

Privacy and compliance

What we hold, and what we do not.

The lead fields you send us and the research we gather from public sources, plus the engagement on that lead’s own page. We do not build a profile that follows a person across other websites and we do not sell or share anything with other customers.

No. There are no labels, scores or personality read-outs anywhere on the page, and nothing about the profiling is written into your CRM as a judgement about a person.

[VERIFY: full wording on lawful basis, data processing agreement and retention to be confirmed with counsel before launch. A data processing agreement is available at /data-processing-agreement.]

Yes. Deleting a lead removes its research, its page and its engagement history. [VERIFY: exact retention window to be confirmed before launch.]
